Payment Methods
The following payments are accepted. Visa,
Master Card, PayPal, Money Orders, and check.
Check orders will not ship until the check
clears.
Order Processing
All items are built when your order is placed.
So please allow for this.
Shipping Times
Please be aware that I build each item as it is
ordered. Non of the items are stocked.
My usual turn around time for getting orders
built and shipped is 6 to 8 weeks.
Furniture prices shown do not include crating or
shipping fees.
All prices are for the items as shown in the
photos, any request for changes to design may
result in additional cost to you.
Prices may change without notice due to material
costs.
Furniture
A minimum deposit of 50% is required when your
placing an order for furniture . Once your
deposit is received work will begin on your
piece. Your deposit is non refundable once work
has started on your order.
When work is completed on your order, the
remaining balance is due. The item will not be
released for shipped until this the balance is
received.
Please Note
Before ordering, it is important to understand
that all of the furniture shown here is hand
crafted, one piece at a time, from real wood.
Wood will have a different grain pattern and
will stain differently, from piece to piece.
This means that the furniture you receive may be
slightly different in color and grain pattern
than in the pictures. However, the overall
design and look of the furniture will be as
close as possible to the furniture shown in the
pictures.
Returns
To return an item you must first request a
Return Merchandise Authorization within 3 days
of receiving the order. All returns will be
charged a 10% restocking fee. Any return
shipping/freight charges are the responsibility
of the customer and are non-refundable. Original
shipping/freight charges are non refundable. An
item returned without a Return Merchandise
Authorization, or shipping/freight charges
prepaid, will be refused.
All items must be in original condition and
packaging. We will not issue a credit for any
items that have been misused, damaged, altered,
or are in a non-saleable condition. When it is
determined that the item has met the return
policy, a refund will be issued minus a 10%
restocking fee and any original shipping
charges. No returns will be accepted after 7
days of receipt. Customer assumes full
responsibility for any and all return
shipping/freight charges.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once
they have shipped.
Refused Orders
Any order refused at the time of delivery will
be charged a 10% restocking fee, and
shipping/freight charges are non-refundable. |
